1. General Information

Aesthetic Edit by Rachel Zoe™ provides medical aesthetic services performed by a licensed Registered Nurse under appropriate medical oversight. All information on this website is for educational purposes only and should not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Medical Eligibility

All clients must provide accurate medical information prior to treatment. Services may be declined or postponed if they are not medically appropriate or safe for the client.

3. Treatment Results

Individual results vary based on anatomy, muscle movement, lifestyle, and treatment history. No guarantee of specific results is made. Following all pre-care and post-care instructions is essential for optimal outcomes.

4. Liability

By receiving treatment, you acknowledge the risks associated with medical aesthetic proceduresincluding but not limited to bruising, swelling, tenderness, asymmetry, and rare complications and you agree that Aesthetic Edit by Rachel Zoe™ and its affiliated providers are not liable for adverse outcomes related to known and disclosed risks.

5. Mobile Terms of Service

Messages related to your account, orders, services, appointment reminders, marketing and promotional messages may be received. Frequency may vary.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP.” After you send “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe via SMS. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you would like to opt back in, you may sign up again as you did previously.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” for assistance, or contact us directly at your business email address.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Message frequency may vary. For questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

6. Treatment Package Purchase & Scheduling Policy​

Treatment packages at Aesthetic Edit by Rachel Zoe are designed for clients committing to a recommended treatment series and receiving package pricing.

All treatment packages must be purchased in full at the time the package is selected and the treatment series is scheduled. Package appointments and treatment series cannot be reserved without payment in full.

All treatment package purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Package pricing is provided based on the purchase of the complete treatment series.

If a scheduled treatment needs to be rescheduled, the remaining package treatments will remain available in accordance with the recommended treatment plan and Aesthetic Edit by Rachel Zoe’s scheduling and cancellation policies.

Treatment plans and treatment timing may be modified by the treating provider when clinically appropriate or necessary for client safety.
