Refund and Cancellation Policy

Aesthetic Edit by Rachel Zoe™ maintains a refund and cancellation policy to ensure fairness, protect appointment times, and uphold the integrity of our concierge aesthetic services.

No Refunds
All services, deposits, and booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
This includes:
• Botox / neurotoxin appointments
• Chemical peels
• Microneedling
• Skincare purchases
• Any booking or deposit fees
Once a service is reserved or performed, no refunds will be issued.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.
If you cancel within 24 hours or day of service, you will be charged for the amount of service you reserved. If The appointment was for neurotoxin, you will be charged $15.00 per unit for 30 units.
f you have two or more late cancellations or no shows, you will be required to place a non-refundable $100 booking retainer to schedule any future appointments. If you arrive to your appointment, the $100 retainer applies to your service. If you cancel late, the retainer is forfeited. If you no show, the retainer is forfeited AND the no show policy still applies meaning the full no show service will also be charged.

No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive to your appointment without notice, you will be charged for the full cost of the service. If the appointment was for neurotoxin, the charge will be $15.00 per unit at 30 units. The neurotoxin price of $10.50/unit listed is an ongoing discounted rate. If you pre purchased a service, and did not show for your appointment, that service is forfeited. You may re-book the service, but it will require repurchasing at the regular rate.

Credit Card Requirement
A valid credit card on file is required to book any appointment.
If a card is not provided, the appointment cannot be confirmed.

Booking Fee (If Applicable)
Under certain circumstances, a non-refundable $100 booking fee may be required to reserve your appointment time.
This fee:
• Is applied at the time of booking
• Is non-refundable
• Is not applied toward cancellations or no-shows
• May be credited toward the cost of your service at the provider’s discretion
